Friends, Animals, etc.
...not that I normally put my friends in the animal category....
Here are two of my friends here in Niger. Jordanne on the left, who works with
Samaritan's Purse, and Gabby, on the right, who is my roommate when I am in
Niamey. Gabby also is here with SIM.
And my two friends from IOWA that came out to see me!

GIRAFFES IN THE WILD! How cool is that!?
For some reason when I say the word giraffe, I pronounce it GI-raffe (as in HI but with a G). Anywho
everyone makes fun of me for it, but as a result they all say GI-raffe now! :)

Well, we've moved on from the giraffes... to our camel ride!
It was a nice steady ride, the saddle was... well it wasn't the most comfortable, but it could have been worse! My saddle started to slide one way, so I had to sit leaning towards the opposite side for
leverage!
