Back to Accra...for a bit
Maranatha Bible College is located in Accra, which was started by an SIM missionary years ago. So SIM still
plays a large role in helping run, fund and sponsor the school. I was asked to photograph
the graduation ceremony, so here is one of the graduates bowing in prayer.
When some of the graduates were recieving their awards, some family members-mostly women- would
run up to lay down their wraps on the ground, making a path for the graduate to walk on, all the while cheering!
This is Malcolm MgGregor, SIM International Director, praying for the pastor of the Katapor Bible Church of Africa.
Malcolm preached the message that morning, and as we were doing introductions, they got to me and asked
Malcolm if I was his daughter- that was the first time- it seemed to happen more as the week went on.
